Ngozi Ukazu is the creator of Check, Please!, a massively popular online graphic novel. She graduated from Yale University in 2013 and received a master's in sequential art in 2015 from the Savannah College of Art and Design. While she used her intensive knowledge of ice hockey to launch Check, Please! in 2013, Ngozi has a deep interest in sports that ranges from half-marathon training to basketball documentaries. Ngozi also cites '90s sitcoms as a major influence in the quirky, found-family feel of Check, Please!

Dieser Comicband ist wunderschön und absolut positiv und niedlich. Ich kannte den Webcomic nicht, hab mich aber sehr schnell in diese Mannschaft und die supersüße Liebesgeschichte verliebt. Ich freu mich sehr auf den nächsten Band. c:
Ich lese diesen Comic schon seit drei Jahren online und freue mich über jedes update - ihn jetzt als Buch zu kaufen war eigentlich keine Frage. Eine wunderbar positive Geschichte, mit einmaligen Typen, die man alle sofort ins Herz schließt.....
I didn't think I could love this comic more, but it is somehow even better on paper, with the tweets and extras all together.
